Shipping policy

We generally dispatch orders within 2 working days, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping partners and delivery locations determine delivery times. Orders reach customers within 1-7 days of dispatch. Metro cities usually receive packages within 1-2 days.

At restricted locations or during peak holiday seasons, exceptions may occur. We can discuss expediting options if there is any urgency.
