Refund & Exchange

Please cancel your order before it is shipped if you need to cancel it. If you cancel your order before shipping, we will refund the full amount after deducting transaction fees.

Cancellation By Theshopzones

Theshopzones reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order it deems incompatible. We may refuse an order for a number of reasons, including quantity limitations, pricing errors, or other reasons Theshopzones identified for not accepting the order. For some situations, additional information may also be needed. You will be notified if your order has been cancelled completely or partially or if additional information is required.

Cancellation By Customer

When orders are shipped to their destinations, they cannot be canceled. Upon receiving the cancellation request, we will process a refund either using the same method of payment you used to make the transaction or by check (if the customer's debit/credit card used to place the order is no longer valid, the amount will be refunded by check). Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund by check or directly into your account.

NOTE: If the transaction fails, we will refund the amount immediately.
