Yes! Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been packed. As soon as the order is cancelled, we refund the entire amount paid for the order.
Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return requests should be made within the return window starting from the delivery date. Items showing any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the item passes inspection. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used during checkout. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been successfully processed.
